Shipping & Returns Policy

• Shipping is free in Canada and the US. Those living outside this region will be charged flat rates as detailed below. Customers living in Canada and the US shipping items returned as new will be fully repaid on receipt of those items along with their return shipping costs, provided they communicate by email their wish to do so within 14 days of the purchase date. Customers living outside this region shipping items returned as new will be fully repaid on receipt of those items (with the exception of  their shipping/return costs), provided they communicate by email their wish to do so within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Those living in Canada + the US must choose Free (My address is in Canada/US) in the drop down menu.
• Those living outside Canada & the US must choose between the following options when making their purchase:
• International Tracked (10 - 30 business days*)
• International Untracked (10 - 30 business days*)
• DHL Express Worldwide (1 - 6 business days*)

Delivery Time
